This integrated solution enables you to immediately recognize your guests when they call, and reduces the need to have each guest repeat their contact information every time.

Automatically recognize existing customers – Caller ID searches the guest database for matching phone numbers and alerts the hosts to the identity of the guest as the phone is ringing.
Add information for new guests with ease – If the guest doesn’t have an existing profile, the captured Caller ID information provides an accurate phone number and name.
See Caller ID data on all GuestBridge systems at once - When a call comes in, every GuestBridge system on the network will display the caller's information.
Identify any call on any line - The GuestBridge Caller ID Module supports up to 4 analog phone lines. Add extra blocks of 4 as needed.
