You set the rules. Guests can earn points based on criteria you specify, such as visits and party size, for example. Bonus points can be earned
based on any of the above and also day of week, time of day, etc.
You set the rewards. You define the minimum and maximum point reward values. Restaurant groups can standardize point rewards across all locations; individual locations can determine bonus point values and rules.
Guests only see your brand. Your guests go to your website to sign up and check their point totals. Loyalty program screens can be tailored to reflect the rest of your website.

Guests earn points by making sure you know who they are when they visit. They can make a reservation in advance or just identify themselves at the host stand when they arrive (either verbally or by swiping a loyalty card**). |

If a loyalty program profile is associated with a seated party, the points will automatically be credited to the guest's account. |

If a loyalty program profile is not associated with a seated party, restaurant staff can use a simple interface to quickly credit the visit to the guest's account. |

Guests can print an Award Certificate from their online account, or Awards can be claimed at the restaurant at the time of the visit with proper identification. |

Only one Award Certificate can be used per visit, and the Award value does not cover tax, tip or any service charges. |
