A brief history of our company

In 1999 a company called ReservationSource was founded as a Web reservation portal for golf courses and restaurants. While building onsite reservation management applications for its customers, ReservationSource developed a software solution that did a great job of tracking and managing guest and operational information.

The current management team purchased ReservationSource in 2001. They turned the company's focus toward developing the software application and enriching the guest management services for the hospitality industry. In 2002, the company was renamed GuestBridge to reflect this focus.

Since then, GuestBridge has improved its solutions, adding capabilities such as:
Support for multiple restaurants, including real-time sharing of guest information and cross-unit reporting
Intranet-based reservation tools for concierges and other staff at hotels and resorts
Enhanced tracking, reporting and marketing tools
An enterprise solution to allow restaurant groups to host their own online reservations and enable central call centers
Tools for restaurants that want to increase their efficiency and turn their tables faster

These capabilities are built on the most extensive, flexible guest database in the industry.
