TO GUESTBRIDGE FOR MANAGING RESERVATIONS AND GUEST INFORMATION

MILWAUKEE, January 26, 2006 – GuestBridge, Inc. announced today that Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has installed the GuestBridge Restaurant Solution in all 39 locations nationwide. The restaurant group made the switch because they wanted a solution tailored to their brand and their needs for guest data management, while controlling their cost of online reservations. GuestBridge was willing to customize the software to meet Fleming’s needs, a key factor in Fleming’s decision to switch to GuestBridge.
Fleming’s strong brand had been clouded by competing restaurants in their previous online reservation system. With GuestBridge, online reservations and guest data now lie within the security of Fleming’s corporate firewall. Fleming’s controls their guests’ online experience, and no other brand or competing restaurant is presented to their guests as they make reservations on Fleming’s website.
Perhaps the most important use of Fleming’s new GuestBridge system is personalization of service. In today’s restaurant market, guests are demanding a higher level of service, and personalization and customization of the dining experience is a key differentiator. GuestBridge helps Fleming’s deliver great guest service, encouraging repeat visits and increased sales. Also, Fleming’s is now able to share guest data in real time across all locations. Traveling VIP guests can be recognized and given customized service no matter which location they visit.

The GuestBridge Enterprise Solution enables Fleming’s to host their own online reservation pages, run email campaigns from the GuestBridge database, and accept reservations at one central call center for all locations nationwide.
