Andiamo Manages Guest Wait Times More Efficiently
With GuestBridge Reserve

MILWAUKEE, April 27, 2006 – The Hilton at the Walt Disney World Resort has selected GuestBridge as their platform for restaurant reservations and wait list. GuestBridge Reserve has been installed during the busy spring break season, as an answer to operational challenges Hilton is facing during these peak travel months.

GuestBridge Reserve provides advanced reservations, wait list and table management features designed for reservation-preferred and upscale casual restaurants. As part of the package selected by HIlton, GuestBridge is also providing features including Mobile Phone Paging, which alerts waiting guests that a table is ready via their cell phones; Reservations Anywhere, which enables concierges to make reservations from any PC on the resort’s network; and advanced guest preference and reporting tools. Choosing GuestBridge leaves the door open for Hilton to add even more integrated functionality at a later date.
