MILWAUKEE, May 17, 2006 – GuestBridge, Inc. today announced the next generation of front-of-house software products.  With this product suite, GuestBridge now offers solutions for full-service restaurants of all sizes, budget requirements and operational needs. 

  • GuestBridge ReserveOffers a new level of functionality, flexibility and ease of use for restaurants that accept reservations, want to manage guest information and improve table efficiency.  Customers for this product include larger independent restaurants, restaurant groups, restaurants in hotels or resorts, or ticketed event venues such as dinner theaters.
  • GuestBridge Casual Now restaurants that do not accept reservations can take advantage of GuestBridge’s industry-leading table and guest management capabilities combined with state of the art wait list functionality.  Customers for GuestBridge Casual include upscale casual independent restaurants or restaurant groups who want to track guest visits and preferences between locations.

GuestBridge ExpressCost-conscious small restaurateurs finally have a flexible reservation software product designed to fit their budget, while still offering support for online reservations.  Customers for GuestBridge Express include smaller restaurants who may currently be using pen and paper for reservation-taking but who want to move to an automated system without spending a lot of money.

GuestBridge Express is accessible and used directly from GuestBridge’s website, www.guestbridge.com.  The product is in beta version, which means it is not completely finalized.  During this initial beta period, GuestBridge Express is free for any restaurant who wants to try it out.  The product includes a reservation list, guest database, and reporting capabilities, and features online reservations at no extra charge. 

Adds Mr. Schrock, “We want to be certain that GuestBridge Express meets the needs of our customers, so we are offering the use of the product at no charge during this beta period.  We hope that restaurants who use GuestBridge Express will let us know if it needs any improvement so we can deliver the most functionality for the right price.”
