Park City Club in Dallas Becomes First User to
Manage Member Activity

HOUSTON, June 16, 2004 – GuestBridge, Inc., a provider of leading-edge hospitality reservations and guest management software solutions, has developed the Private Club Package for the GuestBridge Restaurant Solution 5.0.  As the first guest and reservation management system designed specifically for private clubs, the Private Club Package provides multiple benefits, including the ability to track member numbers, support multiple members per reservation and limit online reservations to members.

Package Meets Unique Private Club Needs

Because private club members are accustomed to having multiple parties at the same table and a very high level of guest service, solutions had to be developed that would expand customer tracking and profile capabilities to manage club dining reservations.

The GuestBridge Private Club Package adds the ability to track:

  • a primary member name on the reservation,
  • an unlimited number of additional members with specific party sizes for each,
  • other activity, including generating cancellation confirmation numbers,
  • the member number in the guest database, and
  • the requirement of a member number to access online reservation capabilities. 

In addition, the Private Club Package includes a data import configuration customized for each club, so that the member data in the GuestBridge system can be updated regularly from the club’s central member database.

The prestigious Park City Club of Dallas, Texas, has signed on to be the first user of the new Private Club Package with GuestBridge Restaurant Solution 5.0.  Michael Davis, CCM, General Manager of Park City Club, said, “We have been searching for a reservation system for some time, and GuestBridge is the only company that has stepped forward to meet our specialized needs as a private club.  The Private Club Package will enable us to give our customers even more personalized service.”

The Private Club Package has been developed to extend the capabilities of GuestBridge Restaurant Solution 5.0, which offers an extensive, customizable guest database capable of tracking member preferences, history and photos.  Highly flexible reporting provides staff with the information they need to personalize member service and efficiently manage the dining rooms.  Multiple dining rooms and centralized reservations are easily supported.  Guest Sharing allows affiliated clubs to share member profile data automatically.  The solution also offers multiple table inventory management approaches, extensive event management features and highly flexible operations. The system supports a wide variety of network infrastructures.
