GuestBridge Victory in Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest MILWAUKEE, June 19, 2006 – GuestBridge’s business plan for its new VIP\ID software product has won $2,000, winning Third Place in the Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest. The awards ceremony was attended by Governor Jim Doyle and held at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. A total of $150,000 in cash and in-kind prizes was distributed to the winning entries. The Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest is held each year to encourage entrepreneurs in the state of Wisconsin to commit their ideas to paper and follow through with a new business. It’s also a way for entrepreneurs to attract investors for their ideas. The contest began in January and continued through three phases.
