Our patent-pending solution uses RFID technology to enable GuestBridge Reserve and GuestBridge Casual to instantly alert your staff as a VIP is arriving.

Your VIPs receive a credit-card sized RFID-enabled GuestBridge VIP\ID card. The card is recognized by antennae discreetly placed at the entry and/or valet stand of your venue. When a VIP arrives, your GuestBridge Reserve software will immediately display the guest record to the host stand and/or wireless handheld device(s). Your staff can then greet the guest by name before they even have to speak, and their favorite drink can be waiting for them at their favorite table.
